Lily's Rabbit Hole
Quality Mini Rex, Netherland Dwarf and Lionheads... also the more uncommon Astrex, Micro Rex and Velvet Lion
Dwarf (Micro) Rex..
Lily's Krysta
BEW
F-2 Micro
Born on my niece's birthday, this little doe now bears her name. Nice tiny girl!
Lily's Lima
Sable
Great body, great fur and a tiny size to boot! This little Doe has a Sr. weight of 2 lbs 8 oz.
Lily's Lindor
Chocolate
Lindor has been a wonderful part of our foundation stock. She is the dam of both Lima and Liam... two of our very best Micros.
Lily's Little Debbie
Broken Black
At
just 2 1/4 lbs, Little Debbie is a great beginning for our Micro Rex
program and she has awesome density to her fur to boot. May 15,
2008... Little Debbie just kindled a litter of 8! ... and NO
peanuts! She was bred to a tiny 2 lb F-1 MR/ND
Hybrid. My theory that she carries a 'small' gene and not
necessarily a 'dwarf' gene continues to make me ponder. May 24,
2008... would you believe that all but one of her kits has Rex
fur!! Woo hoo! I am so excited at the Micro prospects in
this litter!
Lily's Little Digit
Broken Chocolate
A year old senior now, Little Digit weighs 2 lbs 8 oz. She had her first litter this past winter and is a wonderful mom... nice tiny babies too. Recently bred to our tiny little Liam, we hope for even smaller offspring.
Lily's Snacker
Broken Chocolate Himalayan
What incredible fur on this girl!! Wow! She will be a great asset to our Micro program. 2 lbs 8 oz
Lily's Tippe
Lilac Himalayan
Just love the fur, type and tiny size of this little girl! and she is such a sweetheart to boot! At 5 months old now, she's just 2 lbs. I can't wait to breed her to Liam, our little Seal Buck who at six 1/2 months still doesn't weigh 2 lbs yet.
Lily's Vapor
Lilac Sable
I must admit this must be my favorite color. Little Vapor is stunning to look at. We will more than likely breed her to our Lilac Point Micro Buck (Loco) when she is old enough
Astrex...
Amanda's Mopsy
Seal ~ Self Chin
Astrex!
What a great
surprise to find today! (Sept. 20, 2008) I was out in the rabbitry...
giving nestboxes to those Does who were in need of them... and, lo and
behold, I see that Mopsy has molted into a nice soft curl! I had
originally purchased Mopsy and her littermates (Flopsy, Cottontail and
Peter) because they were pretty curly as 8 weeks old kits and I was
hoping for more Astrex genetics to add into my sparse bloodlines. All
of the siblings have since had nice, dense rex coats... until now! Woo
hoo!
Lily's Sailor (Salt)
Chocolate-VC
Astrex !
One of two
Doe kits from the pairing of Suklaa and PJ (BEW Mini Rex)... very curly
still at 6 weeks old. Update: August 2008... Sailor and her
sister Pepper have both gone through a major molt... WOW! they
are both so beautifully curly now! Woo hoo! Bred to Little
Jon (Black-VC F-1 MR/ND Hybrid), Sailor has two surviving black kits...
one with curly whiskers, and the other with regular straight
whiskers... can't wait to see if the curly whiskered one will be curly
furred as well.
Mason's Suklaa
Chocolate
Astrex
Suklaa is the Finnish word for 'chocolate'
When I bought this
little doe, at nearly six months old, she was the
size of your average 10 week old Mini Rex! I was so excited to
begin using her in my Dwarf Rex breeding program that I overlooked the
fact that her fur wasn't 'of the best quality'... a little rough and coarse to the feel. As Suklaa matured, at a year of age, she molted into a strange looking coat... instead of the tell tale
'Velveteen' fur that we were so used to, her fur became like that of
'Crushed Velvet'... so different and very beautiful! Well... as time went on, Suklaa molted at 18 months into a coat of beautiful soft curl.
Sometimes in life we
are blessed beyond our imaginations and it appears that her wavy fur is
actually the result of the Astrex genetics at work. Her first
litter
of kits were all born with a like 'wave' to their coats and each litter
since as well. Pepper and Sailor are her daughters from her
second litter... she is now pregnant and due to kindle again on
September 20th.
Lily's Pepper
Black-VC
Astrex !!
Sister littermate to Salt (Sailor)... won't it be cool to eventually have some BEW Astrex!! Update:
August 2008... Pepper and her sister Sailor have both gone through a
major molt... WOW! they are both so beautifully curly now! Woo hoo!
Lily's Sweet Pea
Black
Curled out right on time at one year of age. Daughter to Amanda's Mopsy.

Lily's Toblerone
Chocolate
Astrex carrier?
She looks just like Mom, Suklaa, in every way! Her first litter was born recently... with nice curly fur!
Lily's Toto
Chocolate Harlequin
Molted into her curly coat at 2 years old... to the month.
Mini Rex/Netherland Dwarf cross breeds... part of our 'Micro Rex' genetic program...
Lily's Leche
BEW
The result of our second cross between a BEW ND
(Winter Hill) and a BEW MR (Bling). Out of seven kits, we have
selected little Leche for her tiny size. What a bonus... she is
so friendly and outgoing!
Lily's Punky Brewster
Broken Black-VC
Littermate to Cleopatra and Eight Ball... also nice and tiny.
Lily's Tina
REW-VC (genetic BEW)
We bred our Micro Chip to one of our teenie Netherland Does and got this great little girl.
